Social Media Manager (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our night‑shift social media operations. The role involves developing strategies, overseeing a team, and boosting our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Supervise, mentor and guide a team of social media specialists, content creators and graphic designers.
• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok and other channels.
• Plan, execute and optimise both paid and organic campaigns to drive reach, engagement, lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and refine campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.
• Manage advertising budgets and track campaign spend.
• Prepare regular performance reports highlighting audience growth and lead outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5–6 years of social media marketing experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful social media campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
