Social Media Manager – On‑site in Islamabad

About the role

Cplussoft is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its online presence from its Islamabad office. You will design and execute social media strategies that amplify the brand, engage target audiences, and support overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create and publish posts.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to interactions, and grow follower bases.
• Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices and adjust campaigns based on data‑driven insights.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience managing social media for B2B technology, SaaS or AI‑focused companies is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad and handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
