Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

KICKFIT GEAR PTY LTD is looking for a Social Media Manager to strengthen its digital presence and build engaged communities across social platforms. This is a remote position supporting brand awareness, audience growth and business goals in the Pakistan market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with brand priorities, campaigns and seasonal moments.
• Create, write, schedule and publish platform-appropriate content, coordinating visual assets and consistent brand messaging.
• Manage daily community engagement, respond professionally to comments and messages, and escalate customer issues to the right team.
• Monitor platform trends, audience sentiment, competitor activity and campaign performance to find improvement opportunities.
• Track key metrics and prepare clear reports with practical recommendations to improve reach, engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative partners to deliver campaigns on time and keep quality across channels.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts and planning content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, able to adapt tone, format and messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Understanding of community management, audience engagement and professional handling of enquiries and feedback.
• Ability to interpret platform analytics and report on reach, engagement, audience growth and campaign outcomes.
• Awareness of social media trends, brand consistency and content performance optimisation.
• Organised remote-work habits, effective written communication and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
