About the role

Raif productions is looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Agent / Sales Representative to boost client engagement and drive business growth through digital channels. You will blend creative social media content creation with proactive sales outreach in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on relevant social platforms.
• Respond to inquiries, identify prospects, and clearly communicate service benefits.
• Generate leads via social media outreach, networking, and promotional campaigns.
• Follow up with potential clients, maintain accurate records, and support conversion activities.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to align messaging and sales priorities.
• Monitor engagement and lead performance, providing insights for future campaigns.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of major social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to present marketing services, qualify leads, and handle objections professionally.
• Confidence in prospecting, relationship building, and meeting sales targets.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and lead tracking.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, messaging tools, and maintaining prospect records.
• Creative mindset for captions and promotional ideas.
• Self‑motivated, organized, punctual, and effective in an on‑site team setting.
