Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to own Toasty’s social channels and turn our design work into engaging online content. You will be the voice of the brand, building credibility and growing our audience across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Write captions, design graphics and produce short‑form video as needed.
• Grow followers and organic reach through strategic initiatives.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and nurture the community.
• Track analytics, report performance and optimise successful tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source stories, wins and content ideas.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand.
• Hands‑on creator comfortable writing, designing basic graphics and ideating independently.
• Proven track record of increasing reach and engagement.
• Strong written voice adaptable to a B2B tech tone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

• Basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar)
