Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

A remote, full-time Social Media Marketing Manager is sought to manage and grow the brand's online presence. The role covers strategy, content planning and publishing, community engagement and campaigns that raise brand awareness, engagement and business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to keep a consistent brand voice and improve digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Develop and run social media strategies aligned with business goals, and create content calendars
• Write captions, posts, promotional copy and calls to action, and coordinate with the creative team on Reels, TikToks, Stories and videos
• Monitor trends, competitors and audience behaviour, and respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly
• Plan and run promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, giveaways and brand awareness campaigns
• Support paid social ads and coordinate with the advertising team
• Track metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic and conversions, and prepare performance reports
• Maintain brand consistency and collaborate on promotions, events and partnerships

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team, and able to work during CST hours
