Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to shape and grow online communities for its e‑commerce clients. You will design and execute social strategies that boost brand awareness and convert followers into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging graphics, videos, captions and stories that reflect brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach or SEO is a plus.
• Highly organized, creative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
