Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

DigiMSM is looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow its social media presence. This is not an entry-level position: candidates must show what they have already achieved. The role is part-time and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Create engaging content, posts, carousels, reels and short-form videos
• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Turn trending topics into high-performing content and grow organic reach, engagement, followers and brand visibility
• Write captions, hooks and CTAs
• Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance
• Stay up to date with AI, SEO, digital marketing and social media trends

Required profile

• Proven track record in social media management and growth, with demonstrable results from previous projects or brands
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends and audience psychology
• Ability to analyze insights and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines
