Social Media Specialist – AI HR Tech

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Specialist to build and grow Nokhba.AI’s digital presence and online community around AI, HR technology, recruitment, and the future of hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Manage presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create posts, captions, carousels, short‑form videos, reels and other engaging content.
• Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars covering AI recruitment, HR tech, hiring trends and workplace insights.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions and community interactions, fostering engagement with professional audiences.
• Research trends, hashtags, formats, competitors and new content opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and other teams on campaigns, launches, webinars and events.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and website traffic, using insights to refine strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in social media management, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and current content trends.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills.
• Creative ability to develop fresh content ideas and engaging short‑form content.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple content deadlines.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, HR technology, recruitment and business technology.
