About the role
We are seeking a Software Process Engineer to lead process improvement, compliance, and quality initiatives across our software organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and PCI DSS.
- Develop and manage policies, procedures, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Conduct internal audits, gap and risk assessments, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate external, certification, and client audits, preparing evidence and closing findings.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on security, quality, and compliance.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in software process engineering, compliance, quality, or information security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Relevant ISO or audit certifications are a plus.
Required skills
- Practical experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
- Good working knowledge of PCI DSS.
- Strong policy/procedure writing and compliance documentation.
- Internal audit execution and corrective action management.
