Solution Architect – Cloud & Microservices

About the role

The Solution Architect will provide hands‑on architecture leadership, guiding and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, robust, and scalable solutions. Acting as a thought‑leader, the role requires strong business sense and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for development teams and resolve architectural disagreements.
• Build early prototypes, validate designs, and ensure performance standards.
• Translate long‑term business objectives into technical strategies and innovative solutions.
• Adjust product architecture in response to evolving customer needs, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define appropriate system architecture.
• Participate actively in development, implement standards, reference architectures, and technology selections.
• Research current and future technology services, define architecture principles, and manage architecture artefacts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience on medium to large scale projects.
• 5+ years in an architect role for large‑scale software development.
• Proven ability to design scalable web applications and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
