Solution Architect – Live TV & OTT Streaming Platform

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a Live TV and OTT streaming platform. The role blends software development, cloud architecture, DevOps engineering, and media‑streaming expertise, and requires hands‑on involvement in both architectural decisions and code implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end cloud‑native solutions for Live TV and VOD streaming, covering backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and client integrations.
• Design and evolve microservices‑based architectures using modern development practices.
• Define and implement cloud infrastructure across AWS, Tencent Cloud, Google Cloud Platform and Alibaba Cloud, including networking, CDNs, compute, storage and managed services.
• Lead DevOps and CI/CD strategy, building pipelines, automated testing, deployments and environment management.
• Architect media workflows such as content ingestion, transcoding, packaging, DRM, CDN delivery and adaptive‑bitrate playback.
• Design secure integrations with telecom operator systems for Direct Carrier Billing, subscriber identity/SSO and promotional packages.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams to ensure scalable, maintainable code aligned with architectural standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on professional with strong software development background.
• Proven experience designing cloud‑native, microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of media streaming pipelines and adaptive‑bitrate technologies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across cross‑functional teams.
