S&OP Lead (Pakistan)

About the role

The S&OP Lead for Pakistan is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the end‑to‑end Sales and Operations Planning process across the country. The role ensures a single, consensus‑driven forecast aligns commercial, finance and supply‑chain functions, supporting the company’s medium‑to‑long‑term growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Pakistan S&OP process, delivering a unified forecast with clear building blocks and quantified market assumptions.
• Develop high‑quality midpoint forecasts and continuously improve weekly and monthly Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to influence demand, optimise product mix and create gap‑closure action plans.
• Introduce advanced analytics, statistical methods and digital tools to raise demand‑planning maturity.
• Support end‑to‑end supply planning, including production scheduling and material planning for local and export demand.
• Manage inventory levels, optimise service levels and reduce slow‑moving and obsolete stock (SLOBs).
• Coordinate with Finished Goods import network, third‑party manufacturers and third‑party logistics providers to fulfil local demand and promotional activities.
• Provide data and analysis for Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning and assist in CAPEX and factory expansion projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Operations Planning or demand planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to balance historical trends and market insights.
• Experience collaborating with commercial, finance and supply‑chain teams to achieve consensus forecasts.
• Track record of improving forecast accuracy and bias metrics.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in planning functions.
• Understanding of inventory optimisation, service‑level targets and waste reduction.
• Ability to work with external partners such as 3PM and 3PL providers.
