Specialist Logistics Support – Islamabad

About the role

The Specialist Logistics Support ensures end‑to‑end processing of logistics activities, from customs duty entry to invoice verification and claim management. Reporting to the Manager of Master Data Management, the role contributes to compliance with the SCM Manual and supports the procurement operations of Jazz.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily master sheet of processed duties and related logistics activities.
• Enter customs duties accurately in the BPM/LCM portal and track approvals.
• Create and approve EIF/FI documents in coordination with Treasury and banks.
• Arrange shipment insurance in liaison with vendors and insurance companies.
• Verify shipping documents, duties, taxes, and cash receipts.
• Validate inland invoices for equipment movement between sites.
• Track delayed deliveries, raise claims per PO/contract, and coordinate with internal users.
• Ensure adherence to Logistics Support SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare procurement operation reports, purchase requisition/order dashboards, and monthly performance metrics.
• Identify and support end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for finance and non‑finance query resolution.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Sound knowledge of Pakistan customs regulations and SCM processes.
• Experience presenting monthly progress reports and handling large data sets.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
