Sr Finance Planning and Analysis Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Senior FP&A Executive to own our budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling processes. You will partner with senior leadership to translate data into strategic insights that drive the company’s growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across all business units.
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models and long‑range planning tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analysis and executive‑level commentary.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, investment planning and cost‑optimization projects.
• Manage and improve financial systems and reporting tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis for board presentations, investor reporting and executive decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures related to financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a similar discipline.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights.
• Knowledge of Anaplan or similar FP&A platforms.
