Student Counselor – International Education

About the role

Smart Study Abroad is seeking a motivated Student Counselor to join its Faisalabad office. You will guide prospective students through the process of studying abroad, helping them select suitable universities, courses, and destinations while providing comprehensive support from inquiry to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on international education opportunities and suitable study programs.
• Assist with university and course selection, ensuring alignment with student goals.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Support students through admissions, application procedures, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective candidates.
• Collaborate closely with admissions and visa processing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and target‑driven mindset.
• Sales or counseling experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
