Student Registry and Exams Officer

About the role

The Student Registry and Exams Officer will support exam operations, registry functions and student services for the Islamabad office of a UK‑based higher education institution. This full‑time, on‑site role requires detail‑orientation, strong English communication and the ability to manage academic processes independently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate examinations and assessments, prepare academic reports and liaise with awarding bodies.
• Maintain accurate student records using SMS/SITS and support timetables and attendance tracking.
• Manage results, reassessments and resolve academic discrepancies.
• Provide student support for academic queries, extensions and mitigations.
• Collaborate closely with Registry, Academic and Student Services teams.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with institutional policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in academic administration or student services.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional, confidential and student‑focused approach.
• Customer service or call‑center experience is an advantage.
