About the role

Highbrow International is seeking a motivated Student Teacher to support business‑related lessons for students preparing for international study programs. This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore offers the chance to work alongside senior instructors and contribute to a dynamic learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior instructors in delivering business concepts and classroom sessions.
• Plan, organize, and prepare lesson materials and workshop resources.
• Guide students through business topics, answer queries, and provide academic support.
• Support student assessments, maintain accurate progress records, and help conduct training sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and education skills with a solid foundation in business studies.
• Effective lesson‑planning and workshop‑facilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and stakeholders.
• Relevant academic qualification in Business, Management, Commerce or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Ability to present concepts clearly, support diverse learners, and maintain a professional classroom environment.
• Proficiency in English; familiarity with international education pathways is an advantage.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in an academic setting.
