Study Abroad Consultant – International Education Advisor

About the role

The Study Abroad Consultant will work on‑site in Abbottabad, guiding students and families through international education pathways with a primary focus on MBBS admissions in China. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping candidates select suitable universities, prepare applications, and navigate visa and scholarship processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations to assess student academic profiles, budgets, and career goals.
• Advise on China MBBS programs and other international study options.
• Recommend suitable universities and programs based on eligibility and outcomes.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including documentation, form submission, eligibility checks, and interview preparation.
• Provide visa guidance, scholarship advice, and pre‑departure support.
• Maintain student records, manage leads, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with partner institutions and participate in seminars, education fairs, and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in student counseling or education consultancy.
• Solid understanding of China MBBS admissions, university selection, and application requirements.
• Knowledge of international education systems and basic visa procedures for key destinations.
• Commitment to ethical advising and student success.
