About the role
Gerry’s dnata is offering a short‑term Summer Internship in its Human Resources department in Karachi. The 4‑to‑6‑week programme is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical exposure to HR functions within a leading aviation ground‑handling company.
Key responsibilities
- Support the HR team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Observe and assist in recruitment, onboarding and employee record management processes.
- Participate in HR projects that provide insight into the aviation ground services sector.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university programme or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in human resources and the aviation industry.
- Available to work onsite in Karachi for the full 4‑6 week period.
