Supply Chain Associate

About the role

The Supply Chain Associate connects commercial strategy with operational execution, ensuring products move efficiently across multiple sites. You will travel between locations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, inventory, contract execution and logistics to maintain safe, seamless supply‑chain operations.
• Lead onsite operational teams to meet targets, ensure compliance and drive high performance.
• Manage inventory integrity through accurate transaction processing, commodity movement monitoring and timely reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Trade Execution stakeholders to deliver uninterrupted service.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve decision‑making, identify cost‑optimisation opportunities and strengthen overall supply‑chain capability.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supply‑chain, logistics, inventory management or planning environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
• Proactive, accountable approach with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and modelling.
