Supply Chain Executive / Pharmacist

About the role

The position combines supply‑chain management with pharmaceutical expertise to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of medical products. You will oversee inventory replenishment, order processing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that stock reaches customers in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory replenishment, reconciliation, and monthly physical verification of batch and expiry dates.
• Process sales orders, generate delivery notes, and coordinate transport logistics.
• Participate in S&OP, demand planning, and forecast consolidation with supply‑chain and sales teams.
• Monitor temperature and humidity controls, maintain log sheets, data‑logger reports, and pest‑control documentation.
• Ensure compliance with drug sale and medical device licensing requirements, including AD certificates from DRAP.
• Oversee proper labeling, stacking, palletizing, and quarantine of unsaleable, damaged, or expired stock.
• Supervise destruction of expired stock and support internal/external audits.
• Handle local pharmacovigilance activities such as case report forwarding, safety label changes, and CAPA processing.

Required profile

• Pharmacy qualification or equivalent background.
• Experience in inventory and warehouse management within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with drug licensing and pharmacovigilance processes.
