Supply Chain Officer

About the role

ViSole Group, a healthcare group importing and distributing medical devices and pharmaceutical products, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to support its supply chain operations. The role ensures efficient coordination of procurement, inventory and warehousing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management and warehousing.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and shipment tracking.
• Assist in demand forecasting and material requirement planning (MRP).
• Maintain procurement records, stock reports and supply chain documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
• Assist in import documentation and shipment clearance processes.
• Ensure proper inventory records and compliance with company procedures.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience specifically in supply chain management; general administration or unrelated experience will not be considered.
• Direct experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
• Good coordination, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
