Systems Integration Technician

About the role

PLC Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Systems Integration Technician to support hardware assembly, basic system configuration, and functional testing. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career technicians eager to gain hands‑on experience with control systems, cable harnesses, and system‑level troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and route cable harnesses; perform electrical wiring and connections according to technical schematics.
• Conduct continuity testing, measure voltage and current with multimeters, and verify end‑to‑end I/O functionality.
• Execute basic programming, configure local controllers, and run network diagnostics such as ping and latency tests.
• Read and interpret basic electrical wiring diagrams and system schematics.
• Identify, isolate, and resolve basic electrical, electronic, and connection faults during assembly and testing.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates with strong hands‑on project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Practical problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and proactive willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Fundamental understanding of electrical and electronic principles.
• Proficiency with multimeters and basic diagnostic tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP connectivity, latency, ping testing).
• Familiarity with basic controller or microcontroller configuration.
• Ability to read and work from electrical wiring diagrams and system schematics.
