TAC Engineer Level II – Managed Services

About the role

The TAC Engineer will provide technical support to corporate clients, troubleshoot network issues and ensure smooth service delivery within Managed Services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support and resolve client queries.
• Troubleshoot network issues on CPE devices such as routers and switches.
• Handle queries related to last‑mile media technologies (Fiber GPON/Metro, VSAT, Wireless Radio P2P/P2MP, 4G LTE, WiFi).
• Meet SLA‑defined complaint resolution timelines.
• Log, track and manage incident tickets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalation and rapid resolution.
• Maintain strong client communication and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science.
• 2–3 years of network troubleshooting experience.
• Strong understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, switching and routing protocols.
• CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent training.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
