About the role
vFairs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions across its globally distributed teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, defining timelines and interview processes.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct screening calls to assess skills, cultural fit, and alignment with vFairs.
- Coordinate interview logistics, consolidate feedback, and support data‑driven hiring decisions.
- Prepare and manage offer rollouts in collaboration with People Operations.
- Maintain accurate hiring pipelines, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Assist People Operations with onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
- Proven experience hiring for global or international positions.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and skill sets.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment.
