Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Cogent Labs’ Lahore office, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent for a fast‑growing software services business.

Key responsibilities

• Synchronize with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and timelines.
• Draft compelling job descriptions using AI tools and publish them on HireStream, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate all interview stages via HireStream and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Collect interviewer feedback within 24‑48 hours and run weekly syncs to refine evaluation standards.
• Manage pre‑screening assignments and oversee technical and HR culture‑fit interviews.
• Close assigned roles within a three‑week timeline while maintaining high hiring quality.
• Maintain clean, audit‑ready records on HireStream, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a services‑based software house.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, empathetic tone.
• Excellent stakeholder management with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working on‑site with full ownership.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., HireStream).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and Indeed for job posting and candidate sourcing.
• Use of AI tools for drafting job descriptions.

• Competence in Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
