Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

You will lead the recruitment function at CerealBox, building a robust hiring machine that supports our mission to fundraise for humanitarian causes. The role combines strategic planning, process design, and hands‑on sourcing to ensure we attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the end‑to‑end recruitment workflow, including job descriptions, scorecards, interview guides, and practical skill tests.
• Create and enforce hiring SOPs, standardise hiring stages, and manage the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and operate an applicant pipeline using tools such as Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or other ATS platforms.
• Track candidates through each stage, grade them objectively, and keep an up‑to‑date talent database.
• Proactively source candidates from LinkedIn, referrals, and community networks, building warm pipelines before roles open.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to define KPIs, scorecards, and a 30‑day onboarding plan for new hires.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Available to work during UK business hours with flexible scheduling.
• Willing to work on‑site three days a week (hybrid model) and complete a three‑month probationary period.

Required skills

• Experience with Notion.
• Experience with Airtable.
• Experience with ClickUp.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
