Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Mashreq Bank Pakistan, you will lead all staffing, onboarding and HRMS activities, ensuring the bank attracts and retains top talent while complying with legal and policy requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define staffing needs, develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Plan and execute staffing strategies in partnership with hiring managers, assessing requests against budget and headcount.
• Conduct job evaluations, post roles, and attract candidates through agencies, advertisements and other sources.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviews, assessment centres, and shortlisting.
• Recommend grades and salaries for new hires and maintain market information.
• Oversee onboarding, new‑staff orientation, and HRMS data entry for all hires.
• Develop contract terms, support HR policy interpretation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain hiring trackers, employee files and provide regular MIS reports.
• Build positive relationships with local and group‑level teams to ensure an excellent onboarding experience.
• Support employer branding, talent development initiatives, succession planning and L&D activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of HRMS processes and data management.
• Familiarity with labor legislation, HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work under limited supervision.
