Talent Acquisition Specialist - Banking Sector

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a results‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for banking functions in Karachi. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring executive to senior management talent across a wide range of banking areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and closure.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements, competencies and timelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, direct outreach and market mapping.
• Maintain strong pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill banking positions.
• Track recruitment metrics, update trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
• Coordinate offer finalisation, documentation and candidate follow‑up to ensure timely onboarding.
• Monitor banking talent trends and competitor hiring activity to refine recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the banking sector or a recruitment firm serving banking clients.
• Proven ability to recruit for executive and senior management roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping techniques.
• Ability to maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reporting tools.
