Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment operations. The role focuses on managing job advertisements, candidate testing, data handling, and ensuring the recruitment module runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements in line with company standards.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of job postings.
• Administer and coordinate candidate testing processes.
• Gather, manage, and maintain candidate data, including test results and evaluation scores.
• Maintain the recruitment database with accurate information.
• Generate and analyse recruitment reports to recommend process improvements.
• Ensure the recruitment software functions correctly and resolve issues with IT support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and candidate testing/evaluation platforms.
• Basic data analytics and reporting capabilities.
