Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global staffing leader on a full‑time remote basis. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and place top talent across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling and follow‑ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to placement.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
