Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely on a full‑time basis. In this position you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and place top talent across multiple departments for our client, a global leader in staffing and recruiting.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, handling follow‑ups and feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and placement.
• Strong communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
