Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple functions while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
