Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader in building high‑performing teams. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive full‑cycle recruiting with an emphasis on speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and prepare new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
