Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiter

About the role

V2F Solutions is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead technical recruiting efforts. You will design and execute recruiting strategies, build strong candidate relationships, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall recruiting strategy for technical roles.
• Create, update, and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Source candidates using resume databases, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical knowledge, soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide analytical reports on recruitment metrics and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.
• Collaborate with peers to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Support onboarding to ensure new employees integrate smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT industry.
• Familiarity with software development, network engineering, and IT support roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
