Talent & Operations Partner

About the role

Avanceon, an industrial automation and digitalization solutions provider with a team of 500+ professionals, is hiring a Talent & Operations Partner (HR Professional). The role offers hands-on exposure across several HR functions, from recruitment to onboarding, employee engagement and training support.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews: post jobs, review CVs and schedule them with hiring managers
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication
• Support onboarding: prepare offer letters, collect pre-joining documents and complete onboarding requirements
• Run orientation sessions and coordinate with IT, Admin and others so new hires have ready workstations and access
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, keeping contracts and documents up to date and compliant
• Help implement HR policies and processes consistently
• Support confirmations, transfers and exit formalities
• Update HRIS data and enter and validate employee information
• Prepare headcount, onboarding and recruitment trackers in Excel
• Coordinate training sessions, manage attendance and track learning program completion

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to multiple HR functions
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS and other HR tools (e.g., Zoho People, Workday)
