Tax Technology & Transformation Senior Associate – Nearshore Islamabad

About the role

The Senior Associate in Tax Technology & Transformation will work on client‑facing tax transformation projects, delivering data‑driven solutions across corporate tax, indirect tax and accounting compliance. You will collaborate closely with client finance and technology teams to translate requirements into repeatable deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and reconcile tax data for transformation and reporting engagements.
• Build analysis outputs, dashboards and reporting packs using Alteryx, Tableau and SQL.
• Support solution configuration, testing activities and document evidence for client adoption.
• Assist indirect tax and e‑Invoicing initiatives, including data readiness and exception handling.
• Contribute to AI/GenAI‑enabled tax use cases by preparing inputs, documenting requirements and validating outputs.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and ensure traceability from source data to final deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong client collaboration skills with the ability to clarify requirements and iterate quickly.
• Ownership of tasks from analysis through delivery, with disciplined follow‑up.
• Attention to detail and self‑QA of calculations, data logic and documentation.
• Ability to learn client systems, datasets and reporting requirements rapidly.
