Team Lead – Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes

About the role

Interwood Mobel is looking for an experienced Team Lead to drive growth and execution for its Kitchens, Doors & Wardrobes (KDW) category. You will own the business pipeline, lead cross‑functional teams and ensure seamless project delivery from lead generation to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve KDW sales targets through business development and pipeline management.
• Develop and implement lead‑generation and conversion strategies to increase category revenue.
• Lead, mentor and monitor Sales, Design and Technical teams.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, coordinating sales, design, operations, supply chain and installation.
• Act as primary escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Track sales performance, project progress and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with KDW procedures, documentation standards and service commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in sales, operations, project or category management within kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, interiors or construction.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering business targets.
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, project execution and customer relationship management.
