Team Lead – Operations

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive performance across the Operations unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day‑to‑day team activities, ensuring tasks meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to optimise team productivity.
• Assign operational tasks, act as primary point of contact, and resolve queries promptly.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, IT, and Technical teams to maintain smooth workflows.
• Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement best practices.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as payment accuracy, SLA adherence, and issue resolution times.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Manage escalations, incident tickets, and coordinate with external partners like banks and PSPs.
