Team Lead Technical Support

About the role

The Team Lead Technical Support will manage the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of SR series VHF/HF radios, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role ensures successful deployment, maintenance and upgrades of radio systems in complex networking environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install SR radio systems according to layout and design specifications.
• Configure and upgrade firmware/software on radio equipment.
• Perform pre‑acceptance testing prior to delivery.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare reports and carry out on‑site testing, repair and maintenance during warranty periods.
• Liaise with customers for system‑related activities and support.
• Participate in pre‑design review meetings with sales and customers.
• Draft technical documentation under supervision.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical or Communications Engineering.
• 7+ years of technical support experience with military radios.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong written and verbal English communication.
