Team Leader Operations – Sheikhupura

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader Operations to oversee safe, efficient and cost‑effective warehousing activities at our Factory Distribution Center in Sheikhupura. You will manage day‑to‑day warehouse processes, 3PL performance and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Monitor and improve DC and 3PL performance against KPIs for service, cost and productivity.
• Maintain inventory and issuance accuracy, control damages and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Drive safety culture, achieve LTIFR targets and uphold quality and compliance standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff and manage 3PL contracts, tariffs and invoices.
• Implement Lean/DMAIC continuous‑improvement projects and optimise warehouse layout and capacity.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, material handling equipment and security systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, transportation or physical logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams and third‑party logistics providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or business.
