About the role
This position is a customer‑facing technology consulting role at NCR Atleos. The Technical Consultant provides post‑live support, troubleshoots issues, gathers client business requirements and configures NCR software solutions to deliver measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver post‑implementation support and resolve technical issues for financial institution and retail clients.
- Identify and analyse client business requirements and translate them into effective NCR software configurations.
- Configure and customize NCR solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of services.
- Travel up to 15‑25% to client sites as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of customer‑facing support experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build confidence with clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Required skills
- SQL
- Microsoft Server product knowledge
