Technical Delivery Lead (Technical Project Manager)

About the role

BPS Tech Enterprises, a Pakistan-based company supporting software development and other business areas, is hiring a Technical Delivery Lead (Technical Project Manager) to work remotely. The role is full-time and requires excellent spoken and written English, with the person leading client conversations, directing developers and AI agents, and staying involved in the technical work from discovery through release.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, using AI to prepare for discovery, planning, demos and status meetings, and lead those conversations in English.
• Turn client goals into a clear scope, milestones, technical work items, acceptance criteria and realistic estimates.
• Keep project plans, meeting notes, decisions and follow-ups in the repository, and verify they reflect what the client and team agreed.
• Lead developers and AI agents through delivery: set priorities, assign owners, run check-ins, remove blockers and follow up on dependencies.
• Work in the repository daily, using AI to explore the codebase, implement and debug features, improve processes, generate tests and explain changes.
• Review changes for technical correctness, security and maintainability, and coach developers and review pull requests.
• Give clients accurate progress updates and explain technical trade-offs, and flag scope changes and delivery risks early.
• Improve the team's AI-enabled development and project-management processes.

Required profile

• A real software development background and current technical aptitude; the most recent job does not need to have been full-time coding.
• Evidence of being able to lead people and delivery, or readiness to move from senior development into that responsibility.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and strong working fluency with AI tools.
• Availability for regular overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours for meetings.
• Experience with consulting or agency delivery and cloud infrastructure is useful; a degree or project-management certification is not required.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of modern web applications, APIs, databases, Git-based workflows, testing and release practices.
• Ability to learn an unfamiliar stack quickly.
