Technical Product & Project Leader

About the role

Circle Women is looking for a Technical Product & Project Leader to drive both the product vision and the delivery engine behind its digital initiatives. This hybrid role combines product ownership with project execution, ensuring that the right features are built and shipped on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for digital platforms and services.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from design through testing and deployment.
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain the delivery backlog.
• Lead integration of third‑party tools, APIs, and platforms while acting as the primary liaison with technology vendors.
• Identify dependencies and blockers early, resolve or escalate them to keep projects on track.
• Build, lead, and mentor a cross‑functional team of developers, designers, analysts, and operations staff.
• Make trade‑off decisions on scope, timeline, and resources and own the outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience defining product roadmaps and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong background in Agile project management and delivery of software products.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional teams and hold contributors accountable to quality and deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset for continuously refining product features and user experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technology, business, and leadership.
