About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for its InsurTech division in Lahore. The role combines hands‑on development expertise with agile project leadership to drive innovative software solutions that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of InsurTech software projects using Agile and Scrum.
• Provide technical oversight and hands‑on guidance for backend development with Laravel and Node.js.
• Oversee frontend development, ensuring UI/UX best practices and visual quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to maintain project timelines and alignment.
• Mentor and lead a focused team, fostering continuous learning and accountability.
• Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to resolve defects quickly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in technical project management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience delivering measurable business value through software projects.
