Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who currently leads technical teams or has recently transitioned from a Technical Lead role. The candidate will bridge business objectives and engineering delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end projects from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Guide the team through requirement analysis, design, and implementation phases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Drive Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, data‑science, and engineering teams.
• Track and report progress, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members to improve technical competence and professional communication.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on development experience.
• Current or recent experience as a Technical Lead, with a desire to move into project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
