Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑launch support. The role demands full visibility across multiple projects, strong coordination between clients and development teams, and a focus on preventing any issues from slipping through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, creating and managing plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, meeting notes, decision logs, and status reports.
• Build and update visual dashboards, roadmaps, and task‑tracking boards using Microsoft tools.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA and other stakeholders, tracking progress and removing blockers.
• Verify deliverables meet documented requirements and support testing, QA, and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Process‑driven and documentation‑focused with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Able to identify risks early and keep teams aligned toward successful outcomes.
• Proactive communicator who can manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
