Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager leads technology‑focused initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Acting as the primary subject‑matter expert on technical matters, the role bridges client requirements with company objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from inception to implementation, maintaining adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align client needs with organizational goals.
• Continuously track progress, generate milestone and deliverable reports, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify issues early, propose solutions, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Analyze project economics, providing cost‑benefit and ROI feedback.
• Review and approve project modifications in collaboration with relevant parties.
• Oversee analysis, design, and development of mobile and web applications.
• Implement Agile methodologies to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of developers, QA engineers, and designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6–12 years of software development experience, including 3–4 years in a project or development lead role.
• Proven experience with at least one Agile framework.
• Strong understanding of project‑management processes and strategies.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical talent.
• Background working in offshore software development environments.
• Professional Project Management certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
