Technical Project Manager – Onsite in Lahore

About the role

The client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives from planning through delivery. This onsite position in Lahore requires a blend of strong technical knowledge and proven project‑management expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of several technology projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables and resource needs in partnership with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data engineering and business units.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Track project KPIs, resource utilization, financials and overall delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
